Dibbler is a man who could sell ice to the Ice Giants at the
Hub. He owns his own "Sausage-Inna-Bun" cart, primarily located in Sator Square in Ankh-Morpork. However wherever there is a crowd craving food or any form of merchandise (anywhere on the Disc.), there you will find a Dibbler. Disembowel-Myself-Honorably Dibbler (in Hung-Hung), Cut-Me-Own-Hand-Off Dyblah (Omnia), Fair Go Dibbler (in XXXX) and of course Cut-Me-Own-Throat Dibbler in Ankh-Morpork.
